So I have been excited for the Wolverine movie that is pretty much inevitable but I must say that the X-Men spirit has been pretty much dead since after seeing X-Men 3 but I have been reborn in a baptism of fire! This trailer is freaking awesome and it had my favorite X-Men character that I wanted to see so bad in the other movies! YES!

HOME soon at last??
Quoting from IGN's interview with Playstation HOME'S producer:
"without hesitation" there is a "100 percent guarantee" that the oft-delayed Home will be released by "the end of this calendar year." Not 2009. Not 2010. This year. "He has absolutely no doubt that this will be the case."
So, soon my friends... soon we will be leaping into Warhawk from Jeff's HOME front room. Soon, we'll be watching large-screen TV's playing perpetually looped footage of Micah dancing, over which hangs my large picture of a perma-stoned-looking Garret.
Can't wait. Question is, which of us will be the first to quote, in-game, "Hee hee, you guuuuuys..."

Halo 3 GOTY - Gphoria Awards
Yes Sir...Not Metal Gear Solid, Not COD4, and not even Bioshock. Halo 3 was awarded game of the year during the GPhoria Awards. Awwww YEAH, Good to see my all time favorite game up on the top. See it HERE and all the other awards the games got.

Windows Crash
I had to respond with the 25 reasons ( 15 reasons more to have a mac, than a pc) why Macs dominate the windows crowd. I just needed to defend the greatest computer manufacturer on earth. HA!

17 New Playstation HOME Beta Movies
Came across a gaming site that had posted 17 new movies from the most recent Playstation HOME beta test:

Gives some very good walkthrough looks at the home square, the updated theatre, and the game room. They've been letting ALOT more people into beta recently, so we are definately getting close to HOME's release. I also like to be the first to request for my PS HOME apartment, a 10 foot picture of the photo of when Garret looked totally stoned. It will go just above my Sony Bravia television. Jeff, you've got my back on that, right? ;)

At last, at long last... the day we have awaited for, for three years draws upon us. Fallout3's release date as officially been announced as October 28. That means there are more games coming out we all want in the next 2 months than have come out in the past 3 YEARS! (and I haven't even dared to include RockBand2 in that money total)
So we'll all be broke and homeless, come October, but at least we can always get a new home in Megaton...

1. Half-Life 2 (Personally I consider the entire Half-Life series to be included here)
2. Crysis (I still play it)
3. Portal (Haven't been that surprised by a game before)
4. Call of Duty (5 year old game and I still have shell shock)
5. Call of Duty 4 (The original but in modern day with one heck of a story)
6. Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl (The best mix of FPS, RPG, free exploration, and story)
7. Bioshock (best game in the water EVER and possibly the best story in any game)
8. Team Fortress 2 ( I haven't averaged this much online play per week since WoW)
9. Company of Heroes (best RTS ever & they did this when people said WW2 games were dead)

Come on down to the Hootenanny!
Found a bunch of cool videos where Weezer invited 250 of their fans to jam with them AND to bring their own instruments. It's a Hootenanny! It would've been so much fun to be there. Check it out here. Also, I found a really good blog post where the person totally dissects the Pork and Beans video and lists the YouTube videos that inspired the music video. There's a few that I had never seen! Check it here. Make sure you watch the Shoes video. That guy is insane but I can't stop laughing. Warning: language.
